Our Mission

Since 2006, Corvias Foundation has been providing scholarship funding and support to military-connected students and military spouses. Corvias Foundation remains committed to the educational success for military-connected families and students, while doing something new.

Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hubs will pool resources, tools, and opportunities, connecting community members with local, regional and national partners. Our goal is to support educational achievements, create transformative connections, and prepare military-connected students for their life-enriching college and career decisions.

Programs and Resources

We’ll start by listening to the community. Based on the needs discovered, Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hubs may offer or convene with partners to provide access to:

  • Literacy Support
  • K-12 School Success Programs
  • College Advice and Guidance
  • Guidance on Finding and Applying for the Right Scholarships
  • Career Exploration and Opportunities

Bridging the Gap

Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hubs will operate in both directions, connecting educators and the educational community to military families as well. With frequent duty station changes, military families are often isolated from their support network. Our efforts aim to bridge this gap and create a more inclusive educational environment.

Connecting Resources

As a connecting resource for military families, Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hubs will provide access to vital information and partnerships necessary to advance their educational journeys. Partnerships like local funding networks, local schools, guidance counselors, and program delivery partners are invaluable for those seeking advancement, and Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hubs will open new pathways of communication to help our community.

Pilot Program at Fort Liberty

Our pilot program will soon launch at Fort Liberty, with current plans to establish a Corvias Foundation Opportunity Hub location in each area where Corvias operates. Additional details will become available as Fort Liberty planning progresses.

Broader Impact

This transition marks a move from a limited scholarship model to a broader scope and we look forward to making more transformative connections with this updated approach.  It’s an earnest effort to bring more help to more students, and to help empower, connect, and lead in our community.
